Come as you are, always.
About Me:
My name is Jess. I am a mother, community builder, yogi, educator, and postpartum care giver dedicated to supporting mothers, families, women, and the community at large. I find deep joy in crafting warm, welcoming environments, and have a heart drawn to nurturing others. My work is centered around nourishment, sustainability, and creating lasting support.
I’ve gathered over 1,400 hours of formal yoga education in India, Australia, Cambodia, and the United States, receiving my first teacher training at the heart of where yoga began—Rishikesh, India. I’ve facilitated/co-facilitated over 34 week-long retreats, created & run countless workshops, and taught thousands of public yoga classes.
In addition to yoga, I’ve spent 10 years learning and incorporating Ayurvedic principles into my life, and I love cooking and creating healthy, beautiful meals that nourish both the body and mind. I’ve been involved with, and continue to work at, an urban educational farm that promotes the benefits of eating real foods. I’ve created and facilitated culinary medicine camps, teaching young people the power of using food as medicine. My teachings focus on making health accessible and empowering, helping others connect with their bodies, food, and well-being in meaningful and sustainable ways.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona. I have a keen passion for family systems, relationships, and making the most of the things that are truly important in life: our people.

What People Are Saying:
I still remember my first yoga class with the beautiful, sunshiny Jess... I believe it was at 5 am and she began with a sweet chant with her best friend the harmonium! The depth of Jess’s words hit so hard during that class. She always knows how to creatively add a story in the mix and hit you in all your feels and truths!! This was the first time I ever shed tears during a yoga class, tears of beauty, joy, and pure love. Jessica’s energy is so incredibly inviting, inspiring, and playful. If your inner child is suppressed simply her presence could allow it to emerge! If you have an opportunity to work with this beautiful soul~ definitely don’t pass this up.

I had the pleasure of being a student of Jess's at a yoga and meditation retreat. In that one week I learned so much about yoga and meditation in a technical sense... but more than that, Jess taught me how to deeply connect with my spiritual practice. Jess is a living example of someone who embodies the yogic lifestyle. She speaks from her heart and allows her vulnerability to strengthen those around her. She speaks about her struggles and how she found her way through them through her inner work and yoga. The reason this is unique is because it is a deeper level of yogic learning than I have had from anyone else. You can learn yoga from lots of different teachers... but Jess meets you on a deeply personal level and guides you through your spiritual journey. Her joy is contagious, her wisdom is beyond her years and her passion for yoga and learning is inspiring. If you want to dive into authentic and life-changing yogic learning, get on your mat with Jess. Thank you for everything, Jess.

Jessica instantly became my favorite yoga teacher. Her teachings are fun and silly, while also intentional. Her spirit is inspiring, uplifting, joyful and selfless. She always makes me feel at home, no matter where in the world we may be doing yoga together. Her teaching style is unique in the very best way possible and she's literally changed my life for the better. If ever given the opportunity to work with Jess, you will surely leave feeling like the luckiest human on the planet to get to know, move, and breathe with such an incredible soul. Her playfulness is contagious and you'll be laughing and crying the whole time. Absolutely can not recommend enough!
